The mat in the example picture is a standard size mat (24"W x 68"L). The bag will stretch a bit so we took that into account so you can use it for a small or large mat. 100% Cotton We always use high quality materials only. Machine washable. Recommend to wash in cold and either air dry or low heat. Do not dry on high heat (it is cotton and therefore might shrink) Perfect for the yogi on the go!
